Dosage: Symbicort Turbuhaler 4.5/160mcg Inhaler Use exactly as directed by your healthcare provider. The standard dosage for adults is typically 1 to 2 inhalations twice daily (morning and evening).

Inhalation Technique: Unscrew the cover, turn the colored grip fully in one direction and then back until it clicks to load a dose. Breathe out completely, place the mouthpiece firmly between your lips, and take a deep, forceful breath in through your mouth. Hold your breath for 5 to 10 seconds before breathing out slowly.
- Post-Inhalation Care: Always rinse your mouth with water and spit it out after each use. This removes residual powder from the mouth and throat, preventing hoarseness, throat irritation, and oral fungal infections (thrush).
